Delivery, foundation & electrical connection

Before your sauna arrives

Prepare a level, stable foundation that supports the sauna, heater, stones and occupants.
Check access for delivery and any lifting equipment. Factory-assembled options arrive as one unit.
Have a qualified electrical professional confirm the power supply and installation requirements for your selected heater. This is not a standard plug-in product.

Swedish Cold's electrical connection option covers a standard connection to an appropriately prepared supply. Additional cabling, excavation or upgrades are quoted separately. Confirm the scope for your address.

Sanctuary Solo

Sanctuary Solo is made for one. It is a daily ritual rather than a shared occasion, a fixed point in the day where you wind down without having to book a time or share the space. Compact enough for the bedroom, the bathroom or a corner of the home gym, yet spacious enough to feel like a real sauna.

For businesses such as PT studios, clinic rooms and smaller wellness spaces, Sanctuary Solo works just as well as a personal offering for your clients, without taking up much floor area.

Heat that goes straight in

Sanctuary Solo is heated by full spectrum infrared, which warms the body directly rather than the air in the room, giving a deep, comfortable heat at lower temperatures than a traditional sauna. The black Canadian hemlock creates a tight, architectural expression in under one square metre of floor space, as good-looking in the bedroom as in a dedicated wellness room.

With WiFi control you can start the heat in advance, so the sauna is ready when you are. RGB lighting and a reading lamp let you set the mood, from an energising morning session to winding down in the evening. Connect your phone to the built-in Bluetooth speaker and make every session your own.

Do you have a showroom in my country?

We have showrooms in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Italy and Germany, and we deliver across Europe. Contact us and we will book a visit, in person or digitally.

How quickly does the sauna heat up?

A traditional sauna normally reaches 80 to 90 °C in about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the heater, the size and the outdoor temperature. Our infrared saunas are ready to use after just 10 to 15 minutes.

Is there an app to control it?

Yes. All our products can be controlled from our app: set the temperature, use the timer functions and have full control from your phone.

Do you offer leasing or rental?

Yes. We offer financing and leasing with a fixed monthly cost, and rental arrangements for commercial customers. Contact our sales team and we will find the right solution for you or your business

How long is the warranty?

1 year of warranty is included as standard, with the option to extend up to 5 years. Talk to your sales contact for more information.

Is express delivery possible?

Yes, for a fee (normally around 2 000 €). Contact us for current availability.
